Bill is a retired Police Officer with over 25 years of experience, 22 of that assigned to SWAT. Bill started teaching for his agency in 1994 and expanded to within the state by 1999. He started Tap-Rack Tactical in 2006 while he was still employed as a cop, and has been doing it full time since he retired in 2018. Presscheck Training and Consulting, LLC. is a Disabled Veteran owned small business founded in 2015 to provide training to Military, Law Enforcement and vetted civilians in Marksmanship, tactics, Close Quarters Combat, Urban Operations, and Night Vision as well as other restricted subject matter.

Jon served with 3rd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, deploying multiple times in various capacities. Jon worked in executive protection and acted as a law enforcement consultant, molding his military experience into a contextual view of the threats faced outside of combat environments. Jon comes to the firearms industry with an ideal blend of military and citizen; shaping his courses to apply to Mil, LE and citizen students alike.

Since she started carrying a gun for self-defense in 2020, Tessah has documented her process of learning how to safely conceal a gun while still dressing in feminine attire. Tessah regularly competes in USPSA and regularly attends professional training in technical and contextual shooting, use of less-lethal force and combatives, trauma medicine, and more. She shares her learning process and concealment expertise on her own channel, and for PHLster Holsters, for whom she serves as the Director of Customer Development.

Hilton Yam is a retired FBI Special Agent. During a career of over 21 years (1998-2019) in the Miami Field Office, one of the FBI’s largest and busiest, he was assigned to bank robbery, fugitives, and firearms training. He spent 19 years on SWAT and served as his team’s principal instructor for firearms, CQB, and tactics. Hilton was one of the first in his region to compete in USPSA with a pistol mounted optical sight, and later became one of the original beta testers for the Trijicon RMR in 2012.

Steve Fisher has been the owner/lead instructor for Sentinel Concepts since 2014. He also is a contract instructor for numerous ranges in Michigan and has been a staff instructor for EAG Tactical. He also served as one of the primary Instructors for Magpul Dynamics.
SGM Dan Brokos retired from a 27 year career with the US Army, 21 of it being in SF. During this time he served in many positions and units including a member of America’s most elite direct action unit and in charge of training at the famed “Range 37” training compound. Dan founded Lead Faucet Tactical to give back and continue to train the MIL, LE and Civilian training communities.
